I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of "patient clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations and come up with diagnosis and treatment plan. A 22 year old male patient(student),who is a resident of narketpally came to OPD with CHIEF COMPLAINTS : fever associated with chills and rigors ,headache ,burning sensation of eyes HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was apparently assymptomatic 5 days back,then he developed fever with chills which was sudden in onset.Even after he used pa
